About retreat

Mindfulness is the human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is happening around us. Learning to be more aware and live in the present moment can restore energy and clarity. And while it is innate, it can be cultivated through proven techniques inserted into everyday life and then further combined with other practices such as meditation, breathing techniques, yoga…

Various breathing exercises help to relax the mind, especially slow, deep breathing, inhaling and exhaling. One of the key principles of yoga is to relax the mind as much as the body, so practicing yoga is an incredibly effective method for relaxing the mind. Journaling and letting your thoughts flow onto the page has also been shown to help relax the mind. This is because you have an outlet for your emotions, which helps clear your mind.


We will discover the possibilities of the body and play with the limits of the physical and mental.
We will start each day with morning kriyas and pranayamas, and during the day there will be an interactive discussion in which we want to go deep into a certain topic.
If there are topics you would like to discuss during the retreat, you can submit them in advance so we can include them in the program.
Also, during the retreat you will always have the opportunity to ask all your questions. Interaction is the way we like to work.
