A REVOLUTION IN TRAINING – CORRECTION THROUGH MOVEMENT

My Approach: Integrating Training and Therapy in Real Time

During individual or semi-private training sessions, I don’t just guide you through exercises—I actively analyze your movement in real time. If I notice any restrictions, asymmetries, or imbalances, I immediately apply targeted therapeutic techniques such as Emmett, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy.

This means that:
✔ You’re never forced to train through pain or reinforce dysfunctional movement patterns.
✔ I reset the problematic area instantly through mini-treatment.
✔ I improve your mobility and function on the spot—leading to faster progress and reduced risk of injury.

This is a truly personalized approach. Every exercise is adapted to the current condition of your body, and with my manual intervention, your body receives immediate biomechanical support.

It’s a real revolution in training: no need to separate therapy from exercise—everything happens in one streamlined process with a clear goal:
✅ Pain-free, efficient movement
✅ Proper movement patterns
✅ Maximum performance and long-term health

We’ll work with precision on what you truly need and want, supported by expert guidance every step of the way.

DNS exercises

The concept of DNS is based on the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology, that is, on the neurophysiological principles of the developing locomotor system. Motor programs that develop after birth are the basic movement programs in adulthood.

The DNS refers to the term “central stability for distal mobility”. If the trunk is stable, the extremities can move without restrictions and it is easier to produce the force needed to perform the movement. In athletes, this helps with injury prevention and greater strength.

DNS exercises are used for: reduced muscle tone, problems with the spine (protrusion, extrusion, scoliosis, increased kyphosis and lordosis), athletes (injury prevention and increasing sports performance – strength, endurance, stability, functional movement…)

Postural exercises and therapy

Postural exercises are specially designed movements and positions that restore muscle functionality and bring the basic load-bearing joints to a neutral anatomical position. This establishes muscle function, connects kinetic chains, relieves the body and reduces pain.

Postural therapy is intended for everyone who has problems in the movement system, regardless of age and symptoms, and is ready to accept responsibility for their body and health and to solve the cause of the pain.

Yoga

Hatha yoga – an ancient system of exercises and breathing techniques that develops your flexibility, muscle strength, proper posture and relieves stress with relaxation exercises. The practical discipline includes Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Entering yoga positions takes place to the limits of comfort, without effort and in accordance with one’s own capabilities.

Restorative Yoga – The main focus of restorative yoga is that by relaxing in positions, with the help of props, without effort or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slowly timed. Props such as blocks, ulsters, chairs, blankets and straps are used so that you are comfortably and correctly in your pose. You will then hold the pose for a longer time.

Therapeutic yoga – helps with anxiety, back pain, spinal deformity (scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis…), feet, arthritis, osteoporosis, hypertension, heart problems, asthma, indigestion, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome (ME), migraine, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression and stress. Correct positions, modifications, kinesitherapy exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation techniques are used to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance, and promote natural healing and self-care. individual Therapeutic yoga that you do at home and come for control by appointment

Basics of yoga – great attention is paid to details, symmetry and precise alignment of the body in each asana. This method is suitable for everyone – regardless of age, health condition and other personal limitations. It is practiced in such a way as to achieve harmony in each position, striving for balance of body, breath and mind. Besides helping to gain flexibility and strength, it can also be useful for health problems.
