Postural therapy / exercises
Postural exercises are specially designed movements and postures that restore muscular functionality and bring the basic supporting joints to a neutral anatomical position. This establishes muscle function, connects kinetic chains, relieves the body and reduces pain.
Postural Therapy is intended for anyone who has problems in the startup system, regardless of age and symptoms, and is willing to accept responsibility for their body and health and address the cause of pain.
DNS exercises – The concept of DNS is based on the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology, that is, the neurophysiological principles of the locomotor system in development. Motor programs that develop after birth are basic movement programs in adulthood.
DNS refers to the term “central stability for distal mobility”. If the torso is stable, the extremities can move without restriction and more easily produce the force necessary to perform the movement. In athletes, this helps with injury prevention and increased strength.
DNS exercises are used for: decreased muscle tone, spinal problems (protrusion, extrusion, scoliosis, increased kyphosis and lordosis), athletes (injury prevention and increased sports performance-strength, endurance, stability, movement functionality…)

Hatha yoga – is an ancient system of exercises and breathing techniques that develops your muscle strength, proper body posture and relieves stress with relaxation exercises. The practice includes asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Yoga positions takes place effortlessly and in accordance with the practitioner’s possibilities.
Vinyasa yoga – a dynamic style of yoga where asanas flow into one another, merging into a whole. Although it is derived from Ashtanga, the ground on which other styles rest, vinyasa is somehow softer. Depending on the structure and preferences, classes can be impulsive and focused on power, which is called Power Vinyasa, or they can resemble dance movements, fitting the description of Vinyasa flow.
Slow Flow – a fluid class based on a slower approach to connecting the poses in a creative series, unifying the body, breath and mind in a conscious, soft and deep practice. We develop awareness of all the details and movements of the body practising a slow, deep breath. The class is medium-intensity.
Restorative yoga – The main focus of restorative yoga is to relax in position, with the help of props, without any effort or pain, if we achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes were very relaxing and slow-paced. Supports such as blocks, chair, blankets and belts are used to comfortably fit your position. Then you will keep for a longer time.
The basics of yoga- great attention is paid to the details, symmetry and precise alignment of the body in each asana. This method is suitable for everybody, regardless of age, health status and other personal limitations. It is practiced so as to achieve harmony in each posture, aspiring to the balance of the body, breath and mind. Apart from enhancing flexibility and strength, it can be beneficial in case of health problems.
* The class includes pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques) and meditation. It is planned for each client individually, depending on one’s symptoms and preferences.

Ancient sounds and vibrations cover human frequencies and energy centers, overcoming physical and mental barriers and resulting in beneficial relaxation similar to the one achieved by meditation and exercise, however without physical or mental strain.
Yoga Nidra and sound baths with Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes and rainsticks are one of the most enjoyable vibration tools with an effect of detoxification and holistic rejuvenation.
Sound therapy restores the body’s original vibration. Although perfect at birth, it is disrupted by external and internal factors as we grow up.
Sound therapy affects every cell in the body, balancing the left and right brain hemispheres. Since one of these hemispheres is less active, sound therapy creates balance, stimulating regeneration. The high content of fluid in the body allows the transmission of sound waves and vibration. With a targeted approach, individual vibrations and conscious frequency corrections, we can regain internal harmony, restore balance and improve health.
