Guided by a holistic approach to my clients, I created a unique treatment concept. Combining several manual therapy techniques and exercises and emphasizing the importance of the psychological aspect, I completed the treatments with mental training methods and PNEI.

Scarwork treatment
Every physical trauma leaves some form of “record” on our body, including in the brain. The treatment of the scar leads to the release and loosening of the tissue that the scar has “pulled” towards itself. Scars on our body create a muscle imbalance because there is no transmission of information. It is possible to treat all types of scars, regardless of age or size.
Hatha, DNS Yoga, Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga
Besides helping you gain flexibility and strength, yoga can also be useful for health problems. Yoga classes are completed with pranayama, kriyas and meditation.

Wellbeing LAB program on Yachts
A program that can be characterized as a transformational retreat specially tailored for guests on yachts.
In addition to massages, which have long passed, listening to the needs/desires/demands of the guests, I created a treatment that contains elements of several massage techniques and manual therapies and complemented them with other techniques of mental training and breathing...creating a beginning where the guest is introduced to the treatment through carefully selected techniques such as relaxing the diaphragm, and that final touch that I was looking for for so long was given by Alqvimia through her olfactory alchemy...
The offer includes combined manual treatments depending on needs and wishes, massages, therapies, facial treatments, and individual and group training (pilates, yoga, DNS...)
