Sailing is one of the most exciting outdoor activities you can experience in Croatia.  Familiarize yourself with the power of the wind and sea and enjoy high quality moments dedicated only to your mind and body. Movement and the proximity to the sea energize us and allow us to release everything we no longer need. Meditations will connect your mind with the energy of water and air. This will teach you the benefits of living a conscious life, life from your own center, and in the present moment.

Combining yoga, pranayama and meditation with the sea and the peacefulness offered by being on the sailboat is an experience that we’ve had the pleasure to have and want to share it with you. Our perception changes while sailing, we hear differently, feel different, so we find it much easier to look at ourselves in a completely different way.

What to expect? 

  • In one week on the boat, you will learn basic sailing skills and you will adjust to the wind, sea and life on a boat.
  • You will learn how to turn with and against the wind using the mainsail and Genoa, as well as rules for avoiding a collision with another boat. Of course, every day you will learn a couple of basic naval knots that you need in order to be able to sail.
  • In addition, you will learn the basic logic of nautical behaviour and combine that logic with your existing or newly learned yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, SUP yoga – per request).
  • You will also have an opportunity to enjoy pranayamamas and guided meditations.

Min. requirements: swimming skills along with energy and enthusiasm for some light physical activity and chores on the boat.

Skills you will gain: basics of steering, sail handling and you will also improve your yoga skills
